Mimi Mesh, Accessories and Home Décor was born out of financial uncertainty in Spring of 2020, Owner and designer Natacha Charles was laid off during the COVID-19. Before this, she has worked in the corporate industry for 30 years.

As a single parent of a very young child and with a mortgage, monthly bills, and the fear of an uncertain future, Natacha started a business from a passionate side hustle: designing, constructing, and selling decorative handcrafted pillows online. This is how the company was born. The name Mimi came from the nickname Natacha’s beloved grandmother gave her as a small child. Mesh came from the love of mixing unusual yet esthetically eye-catching materials together.

One thing that she learnt during the unforeseen pandemic is that life is full of uncertainties, fears, and unknowns, some are devastating and some are blessings in disguise. She believes to never forget to live in the moments that matter. This is the viewpoint that allowed the company to curate inspiration for the home and peace of mind for the soul from places around the world...
